We guarantee the lowest price if you book through the San Servolo website.
Tourist tax is not included in the room rate.
Pets are allowed on request.
Pets are charged € 25 per day if staying at Villa Romantica and Villa San Servolo. Pets are charged 25 € per day if staying in mobile homes and 6 € if staying on the pitches of the Wellness Camp. When booking, the guest is required to provide information on the type of pet (max. 12 kg). By confirming the reservation, the guest automatically accepts full responsibility for the pet.
RESERVATION WARRANTY
We use your credit card as a reservation guarantee. The credit card can be pre-authorized and charged for the amount of the first overnight stay. Payment is made upon departure at the reception, by credit card or in cash.
We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, and Diners.
If you do not have a credit card, you can guarantee your stay by paying an advance for one night per accommodation unit. The advance payment must be paid 7 days after receipt of the confirmation, and the reservation confirmation number must be stated on the payment slip.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit card in advance for the amount of Your stay.
Payment upon departure is possible:
1. in cash (HRK)
2. by credit or debit card according to the valid exchange rate.
We want to inform you that your credit card will be charged in HRK (Croatian currency). Your bank will then convert this amount into the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank’s exchange rate, this may lead to a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in HRK.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Free-of-charge reservation cancellation: up to 15 days prior to arrival.
A credit card is required as a guarantee for Your reservation.
In the case of a no-show, without prior cancellation, your card will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Your credit card may be pre-authorized 21 days prior to your arrival in the amount of your first night’s stay.
Within the cancellation period, we may charge your credit card in the amount of your first night’s stay for each accommodation unit. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
You will be informed if your credit card is declined for pre-authorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.
